Educational Consulting

With over 20 years in teacher education and more than three decades in the classroom, Robin brings a wealth of experience to schools, learning communities, and organizations seeking to cultivate innovative, human-centered education. Her consulting work supports teachers, administrators, and parents in reimagining educational practice through the lenses of anthroposophy, Jungian depth psychology, and the cognitive sciences—integrating both the neurological processes of learning and the soul’s developmental journey.

Robin provides mentoring for teachers at all stages of their career, helping them deepen pedagogical understanding, strengthen classroom practice, and connect more authentically with their students. She also works extensively with parents, offering tools to navigate developmental stages, support learning at home, and foster resilience and self-awareness in their children. Her educational assessments for children, teens, and young adults blend academic evaluation with an understanding of temperament, biography, and social-emotional needs.

Beyond individual work, Robin is experienced in facilitating group processes and supporting healthy community dynamics. She designs and leads workshops, retreats, and dialogues that help school communities navigate change, resolve conflict, and align around shared values. Whether consulting on curriculum innovation, teacher development, parent engagement, or organizational culture, Robin’s approach combines deep psychological insight with practical strategies to foster environments where both individuals and communities can thrive.
